2020-05-04 15:38:09 +0000 UTCI'd put them on a grill on a gentle heat, and put bell peppers right in the charcoal as well (can also wrap a bulb of garlic in tinfoil and put it there). After a few minutes you can peel the charred skin off the peppers and put them into a mixer along with the the rest, and perhaps a flavormaker (honey, soy sauce, kecap manis...). Best damn chili paste ever!
