Sunset needs Twilight's help to make her Mistress Celestia bigger. However using the magic careless on oneself can be risky.
Now Twilight has been able to invent a helmet that injects magic charged serum into the victim, however with the dial, she's able to control excatly how much someone changes, (Etc. if they should reach 1.25 or 2.0) giving her complete control.
Twilight will eventually go on to improve it, being able to make isolated changes (etc ass increase only)
The Result for now is a busty shortstack minion.
