Summing it all up in brief is impossible (just look at the length of this damn video), but I'll give it a go. Let's talk about 2018 in review, plans for 2019 and how to make this channel last for the future. And then get all sappy and happy for 10 minutes around the end.
I'll also start detailing some changes that are coming to the Patreon, including changes to the rewards - I talk about those from 7:27 onwards. You should watch at least that part in case some of the changes, er, change your plans for supporting the Patreon campaign :)
