The thunder beat that 67-15 spurs team in six in 2016 and choked that 3-1 lead away to the warriors. But everything else is spot on ahch.

The comment that was made about the Thunder beating the Spurs when the Spurs won 67 games was true, but as I’ve seen in the comments, that excuse about the Warriors being injured is balderdash as Judah says lol. But people forget that the Raptors won more games than the Warriors that year, and had Game 7 gone back to Toronto, there was a very high chance that the Raptors win even if Klay had not gotten hurt. To me KD is still top dog, and Kawhi is number 2. Since the day KD won his MVP, was the day LeBron was no longer the best player in the league. Also, if Kawhi is besmirched for winning the East, then LeBron deserves the same criticism, because he beat that same East 9X and only won 3 titles... just saying. Also I would not trust Steph in the Finals, because EVERY TIME the Warriors make it, Steph has like two bad shooting games and that costs him Finals MVP.

Not only was steph kicked out of game 6, that was literally the first time in his entire NBA career that he fouled out of a game. I give the Cavs credit for bringing it home but no one should act like they won that series straight up. They were going to lose to a team with a better system and coaching.

I will not condone the message that "load management" sends to the rest of the league. If you as a player wish to engage in that mindset regarding the regular season, you have to win the championship every year, and you can't be compared to the greats of the past because you, not them, are always rested and ready for the playoffs. He has to win the championship, every year.

That year you mentioned the Thunder vs Spurs series was 2016 brotha. They played in the semis and San Antonio blew OKC out the building in game 1 then the Thunder won the series in 6. Literally their rebounding is what valted them over the Spurs
