I came back to this video after a court in Oregon recently ruled that Nike does in fact own the KL2 Claw logo. With all the civil unrest and Coronavirus shit, this flew under the radar of the woke crowd. Where Kawhi fucked up (in my opinion) is where he filed this case at! Of all places... his ass files in the state of Oregon. So based on the ruling and the location of the case... he had a snowball’s chance in hell to even win this case.

NIKE, the child laborers and sweatshops users are so conscious about rights. These people who follow Nike are idiots.

Bruh, I have very bad news for you. In court, no one cares about that nonsense

Forget the legalese and whether Nike or Kawhi has a leg to stand on, there is an easy answer to how Nike would defend itself against an accusation of oppression by Kawhi Leonard. Nike's manifesto is to spotlight the disenfranchised, the downtrodden, the handicapped, the lower class. How could Leonard be oppressed by Nike if he has signed on with New Balance, and is a candidate for max money for any team he signs with? Whether or not the argument would hold water, it is an easy selection nonetheless.

I work with Intellectual Property and have been reading up on this case. Nike made a very interesting assertion that their contract with Kawhi contained the language:
"Nike shall exclusively own all rights, title and interest in and to any logos, trademarks, service marks, CHARACTERS, PERSONAS, copyrights, shoe or other product designs, patents, trade secrets or other forms of intellectual property created by Nike (and/or its agents), consultant or athlete in connection with this contract”.
This is standard contractual language the part I found very interesting and vindicating of your views on Kaepernick & LeBron's wokeness CoJ is the part that I capitalized for emphasis of any characters and personas legally are intellectual property of Nike. If you're interested in reading a bit more in depth on the legal theory behind Kawhi's case this is the post I'm referencing...
