The silicone silicone fruit (create an inject silicone implant.), himbo himbo fruit find by an ugly dude, Gal-o gal-o fruit (the male counterpart of the gyaru). To come back to Nami if she use her fruit she turns every sentient living being into a bimbo male or female, human or not, so potential sex change.
