As the one that has been the start of all of this and has been holding back while all of her friends became 2.0 and is also one of Celestia's favorites and who has a family of nymphos (this is a terrible sentence I know). At 2.0 she should be stunning and have a sort of theme or feel that is all her own. Like take Titsy. I feel like she has one of the better 2.0s. Strip magic, silver tats, huuuuuge ego to go with her huge tits. She is excellent. So this Twilight should be that or even better. If this is pony Twilight, then she should totally embrace the magic. If Titsy does strip magic, then she should have her own brand of magic. She should walk into a room and make every bimbo jealous. My thoughts anyway X3

Either someone trying to subvert the bimbo magic to directly mind control people or students or someone trying to break the bimbo magic spell. You haven't made much use of Chrysalis or Starlight Glimmer yet so they fit the mind control aspect of it. Starlight trying to create "Equal" bimbos could be an interesting concept.
