Mass Pledge Declines (Round Two)

Patreon seems to be having the mass pledge decline issue from last month happening again. I've been looking into it and some are saying that AMEX and Prepaid cards are no longer working. Paypal seems to be ok if you link an AMEX card to that instead and use it as the middle man.
What seems to have happened is that Patreon moved their banking to the UK in order to continue supporting adult creators more effectively, but in doing so, the pledge decline problem started. Most of the US transactions are seen as international now and banks quickly put a stop to it thinking it's suspicious. They also mentioned that some banks may put a 3% fee on the pledge transaction, which while it may not add up to much for low pledges, some of the higher ones could really suck with that added on. There isn't any confirmation on which banks do that and we haven't had anyone mention it happening yet but apologies in advance if that does happen to you.
It's extremely discouraging to see over a month of growth just disappear overnight but all we can do is ask that you guys double check your pledge status if you have any problem accessing content. The community goals bar may move backwards but our community is constantly moving forward. Thanks for supporting us and sorry for any inconvenience!
