NEW VN: Return to Ash (announcement trailer)

FINALLY, THE DAY HAS COME.... the announcement trailer for my new VN, Return to Ash just dropped! the steam page is live, too!

the followup announcement i can finally make is: i've been working with Serenity Forge since last september! they hired me to make a different game at first, but we took a break from it for scheduling reasons and they let me do a "game jam" in the meantime that turned into this project! we are now back to work on the original game i pitched to them, which we'll hopefully be able to finish this year... but for now, please look forward to Return to Ash!

although it's being released under a studio, i made most of the game myself--except for the background art and sound effects, which were done by Z (the studio's founder)! it's really fun working with him, so i'm glad we got to do this project together.

i'm sorry i couldn't explain the reason for being unable to post updates as often as usual... but now i can finally say it!!! i was secretly working on all this stuff!!!!!! not being able to be open about it was driving me nuts haha, but we were hoping to make a big splash with the news so maybe the wait will have been worth it ;)

anyway, Serenity Forge is going to be showing a demo of the game at the MIX summer game showcase on friday, then a couple weeks after that we can put the demo on steam so everyone can play it! the full release should be coming next month, but i'll let you guys know when the date is finalized... i'll have another bit of big news to share then, hehe........ HEHEHEHEHH................
