patreon just banned feedist content, lol

Patreon put out some new Community Guidelines and this latest update completely bans everything I write. "Promoting, normalizing, providing instructional advice about, coordinating, or otherwise glorifying disordered eating, feederism, or related topics is prohibited on Patreon."

This just dropped today, so they haven't hit me with the ban hammer just yet, but given I'm now in clear violation of that guideline, I'm expecting it soon. I'm actually feeling pretty devastated about this! I had just gotten into a groove with my writing again, and just this week I've been working on updating the graphics and organization I've been using here.

I don't really have a plan for what comes next. I've done so much research on alternatives to this site and to my knowledge there really aren't any options for small creators like me. (If you know of somewhere, please share!) I'm going to keep looking and I haven't given up just yet, but this is a blow for me.

One thing I do know: I am going to shut down this Patreon at the end of March (if they let my account stand through the end of the month, lol). I don't think it would be fair for me to keep posting paid content and for y'all to pay for it when I could get banned at any time.

I'll still be around on my deviantart and AO3 accounts.

And lastly, I want to say thank you. This little community has saved my ass financially more than once, boosted my spirits when I've been at my lowest, and given me the chance and motivation to explore an deepen my craft as a writer. I've really enjoyed writing kinky shit for all of you.

It's been an honor and a pleasure.
