Hi Everyone,

Surprise! This one is related to yesterdays Cool Chord Progressions lesson: Write something using a I vi IV V progression.

What is a community challenge? It's a weekly reminder that regular writing sessions are one of the best ways to really get to know how music theory works and how it connects to the guitar. It's a writing prompt for you to practice writing something. It doesn't have to be good. It doesn't have to be a complete song. It doesn't have to be a masterpiece. It's just about practicing writing.

This weeks challenge is: write something using I vi IV V in order.

What you write doesn't have to be exclusively I vi IV V, but it has to contain I vi IV V. That means you could write something like:
I V V IV
I vi IV V

The first part of the progression is not I iv IV V, but the second part of the progression is.

Write from wherever you are, with whatever time you have available, and post it to the community forum. Or, if you don't feel like posting what you've written, let me know how it went in the comments! The idea is to do it - you don't have to share but it makes it more fun.
