Just a series of lights and a subtle buzzing that began to intensify. Without warning, the white lights flickered, then turned a deep red. The buzzing transformed into a high-pitched, hypnotic screech, impossible to ignore. The girl, upon hearing it, was startled by the sound and tried to move, but she couldn't stand it any longer, remaining in a pose of attention. An invisible force dominated her, as if invisible threads were pulling at her limbs, like a puppet hanging from strings. Her body began to move, one by one adopting forced postures: a frozen smile, stiff arms, a bent leg, a blank stare. One by one, each pose was more elegant and beautiful than the last, but unnatural, like shop window figures, adopting their final pose. The red lights went out. A deathly silence fell over the room. Then, a soft but intense blue light illuminated the studio. A beam of the same color emerged from each of the nearby lamps. Her body tensed, motionless like a statue. Her eyes, wide open, shone as the beam struck her body in three different directions. The transformation began from the bottom up: her skin became plastic, smooth, and poreless; her colors faded, replaced by a uniform, artificial tone. In seconds, the girl was no longer a girl. She was a perfect mannequin. Transformed into a motionless mannequin, forever trapped in her final pose, with a neutral and expressionless expression.
