Would love to see a video about college towns! I grew up in a town with ~15,000 permanent residents + 15,000 students (it’s since gone down significantly). You could talk about the cultural and economic opportunities provided by having a large college in your town, and then weigh the drawbacks (e.g. young people overindulging in alcohol, housing that’s only occupied 2/3 of the year, lots of property exempt from tax, etc…)

2023-01-03 13:14:24 +0000 UTCI certainly had gotten the impression that you were a professor from your videos (and because I'm familiar with SLO, so I assumed you were associated with the college somehow), but it's nice to see it confirmed. I wish that educational Youtubers would make their credentials more clear. It seems like it would make it substantially harder for Youtube to spread disinformation if that were normalized.
