Platform Selection Functionality: Introduced a new feature for platform selection. Within the "dist scripts" folder, games can now be categorized by platform using the platforms.json file. Additionally, support for adding entirely new platforms has been implemented, offering greater flexibility for users.
Grid Dimensions Customization: Enabled the ability to configure game grid layouts to either 2:3 or 1:3 aspect ratios, catering to individual preferences and enhancing visual aesthetics.
SteamGridDB Integration Improvements:
A new option to disable SteamGridDB cover images specifically for Steam games.
A separate feature to disable SteamGridDB cover images for non-Steam games, offering better customization.
Exclusion of Individual Games from SteamGrid Loading: Implemented functionality allowing users to exclude specific games individually from being loaded into SteamGrid, providing finer control.
Manual Cover Selection: Users can now manually search for up to 10 cover images and select their preferred one as the final cover.
Download Page Enhancements: Updated the background visuals on the download page for an improved and more modern look.
Border Issue Resolved: Fixed a persistent border that was being displayed around cover images, ensuring a cleaner and more professional appearance.
How to install.
Requisites: SSD for better expierence.
*Steps to Follow:*
1. *Close Steam.* Make sure Steam is fully closed before continuing.
2. *Place the files in the Steam folder.* Extract all the contents from the "drop in steam folder" directory and place them into Steam's root directory.
3.(Optional if after restart your pc the skin dissapear) *Add exclusions to your antivirus.* Configure your antivirus to exclude the following files and directories, now located in your Steam directory:
- `millennium.dll`
- `python311.dll`
- `user32.dll`
- The `ext` folder
Important Note: These files are completely safe and do not pose any risk to your system. The project is fully open-source, with a GitHub repository where you can verify the code and its credibility. 4. *No risk of account bans.* Based on extensive use—over two years, including playing matchmaking games—there have been no incidents of bans or policy violations. It is designed to operate within Steam's guidelines.
5. *Does not interfere with sensitive Steam components.* This modification only affects CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), which means it does not interfere with Steam's core functionality or any critical or sensitive components.
6. *Launch Steam.* Once exclusions are set, you can start Steam and enjoy the enhanced experience.
