1 - Download the libraryprealpha0.1
2 - Download Steam Friends Patcher (SFP) from GitHub - PhantomGamers/SFP: This utility is designed to allow you to apply themes to the modern Steam friends and library interfaces. & follow the instructions of git (Github).
3 - Open SFP_UI.exe, click Patch then restart steam.
4. After patching steam with SFP, unzip "libraryprealpha0.1.1.zip" into the Steam/steamui directory and replace it.
