I was going to say instead of a meme contest we should see who could make the dumbest red bubble merch but it would be really hard to beat anything in that gallery.

2025-05-21 12:22:41 +0000 UTCReading this section, I became convinced that Rachel and Clayton were both out of the picture because of death, otherwise, child support, visitation or something would influence Miles' life. I also couldn't come up with it being anything other than a car accident (or some slight variation like walking and getting hit by a car, or a buggy, or something). I also think it feels like Miles has to die tragically, too, at the end to not have the title "Ugly Love" be devoid of meaning. If it's just that he was angsty and just wanted sex and she changed him to loving her and lived happily ever after, that's not "ugly love". And I don't see any other way for them to cut off this "relationship" permanently, but for one of them dying. Points to CoHo if Miles was responsible for his wife and son's death, and then if he's also responsible for Tate's, in either the same way, or in an ironic, "opposite" way.
