For Noobies
-Reshade Install Tutorial ♥
-Turn off edge smoothing in sim settings for reshade blur to work
-(I don't but you may need to turn off Uncompressed Sim textures and Post Processing Effect as well just see what works for you)
-If blur isn't working, in the reshade in-game menu go to:
> Home
> Edit Global Preprocessor Definitions
> Change RESHADE_DEPTH_INPUT_IS_REVERSED to 0
