2026-01-09 06:01:41 +0000 UTCToward everyone disappointed about Nat not suddenly being a superhuman god with no equal after his body upgrade... Nat has NEVER viewed himself as the most powerful. He made it clear between insults that Savi is naturally gifted and has superior adaptability (you know, a Savant, if you will), and that Tacita would be a nightmare he wasn't certain he could survive. And, since I see it happening, the Tournament of Kings isn't even reasonable as a reference for Nat overshadowing them, since his victory came at the expense of everyone from his round and his sister's round choosing to back him. For the few making comments that him having equals from Earth after his insane body upgrade implies he was potentially weaker than them beforehand... Yes! That is entirely possible. But, this doesn't undercut Nat, it actually highlights just how incredibly these people are as a whole. How gifted these powerhouses are. I don't know. That's how I'm seeing it, anyway. 🤷

I think he lags behind Nat since Nat has Greed and the Monster, but Savi definitely won't let Nat run away from him in power.

High tier writing.

Adaptability gives Savi the edge at this point since Im sure he has done some crazy modifications since he joined the guild. With that said I think we need to create a greatest battle list after this epic battle. 1. Nat vs the most demon demon to ever demon 2. Nat Vs. Nat 3. Nat and Morwag vs. team sneaky for the pristine armor 4. Nat vs. cinderbear 5. Battle vs. Ants to get back Sophie and twins 6. Nat vs. Cristoph

They’re using crazy power here but it’s still visualize-able as a fight. They’re still punching each other, just with the force of a nuke

I think, Tacita specializes as a counter to Nat, Vic is a monster on par with him and Savi... we don't see that much about him but I'd put him on the list and Tess is constantly striving to match Nat and is the second strongest of Group Four.

I'd put my money on Nat then Savi, Vic, and Lily. I think Biscuit is just too gentle a soul. And Im sure Nat has compensated for any advantage Tacita used to have as he's spent a lot of time thinking about it. Fun. Tftc.

2026-01-08 16:40:37 +0000 UTCNot trying to argue also, but this is how I view things… To be fair, I don’t remember if being a champion/absolute candidate actually provides any tangible power ups right away. Of course it’s taken into account during upgrades (like a Class), and therefore you get better/stronger skills, but the title is just to show that the person is a *future* champion/absolute. Furthermore, I’m assuming the three people are Victoria, Tacita, and Savant (read my above comment about him if you’re confused). And all three of them, well… we haven’t actually seen what their current capabilities are right? So I don’t think it’s that unbelievable. I also like what another commenter said, that it’s also about matchups (rock paper scissors), with Tacita being a counter to Nat (he himself admitting that he wouldn’t know how to deal with her), and add on to the fact that she just recently learned to incorporate mana into her style from the latest Ruler event, so it’s possible 🤷♂️

Usually works alone, never flashy in performance on earlier floors, **but it’s suspected he always does just enough to avoid drawing attention.**” I honestly don’t think Savant has truly shown all of his cards, nor has he gone all out ever (except maybe the first tournament final against Nat). His subclass is literally Patience; he doesn’t want attention, he’s just biding his time. I don’t mean to glaze him, but people are just dismissing him too easily, when we haven’t truly seen him do much, which I know is ironic since it would support the fact that he isn’t that strong, but it’s also true the other way around… 🤷♂️

2026-01-08 15:21:30 +0000 UTCSavant was essentially created as Nat's rival (his character was created as Nat's contrast), while also being able to match him in combat (they fought to a draw in the first tournament, where Nat won because Savant decided that winning the fight wasn't worth the mutual demise of both players, and remember, he had previously defeated Tacita). Tacita is another one-stat maximalist, perhaps even more "normal" than Nat, while also being his counterpick. Victoria is Nat's sister, so she must be comparable to him (I don't like this trope, but it exists, so I can't ignore it). Biscuit, the most talented member of the tutorial, the future true absolute of Earth. He was most likely omitted here because: a) he stands on the sidelines, not taking an active part in most things b) he is Nat's bond, so he cannot be considered a rival c) he outclasses the other participants in the tutorial so much that mentioning him as "comparable" is pointless
