2025-08-08 14:17:00 +0000 UTCNo, Nigel! You mustn’t fall asleep now. This talk about you becoming an oracle and how’s these visions work is important information that we need to know. It’s interesting that visions could potentially show someone an event that happened in the past. I wonder if Nigel will eventually have a vision like that. Who knows, maybe that type of visions will be how we’ll learn more information about the Chaos, maybe even about Tree of Life’s world itself. Also, Alex using the word “could” when describing visions that show the future implies the possibility of the events shown in these visions not entirely being set in stone and with it the possibilities of the vision either not actually happening at all or changing it to a different future, even if at least somewhat. If he could learn how to properly handle them, Nigel’s visions might just prove to be one of the essential ingredients to the team’s success moving forward. We also can’t deny the possibility of him becoming primarily a magic user when it comes to combat as well, preferably after he either gets his sight or learns to let his ears do the seeing for him. Kind of ironic, considering his father seemed to primarily train him in close quarters combat with a weapon like a sword and shield combo, but it’s only all the more proof of Nigel breaking away from the horrid traditions of his bloodline that he himself still fails to see, literally and figuratively. As for the vision Nigel had, the most obvious part of it for me is the chaos beasts coming out of the water. This to me only makes it more obvious that this port area we’ve arrived at is where the Knights are going to be ambushed by the horde that Rah’Jan sent their way and it sounds like their going to be in for one hell of a fight. The giant eyeball over the Earth being covered by darkness on the other hand seems to be more symbolic on the current situation involving the chaos’ spread and influence on the world, if not the universe, based on the pink vein like lines connected to the eyeball and spread across the stars. The eye itself could be symbolism for either Rah’Jan himself as the Master of the Chaos or worst case, the Lukaras. Let me remind you folks that the Lukaras main distinguishing features in terms of appearance is the skull helmets they have for heads and the big glowing eyeballs that are inside them. I may be wrong here, I know, but if the eyeball is meant to be symbolism to the Lukaras already being involved with the chaos and helping with it’s spread, this would be very bad indeed. But I suppose we won’t entirely know that for a fact until we can get to the Lukara City and find out for ourselves. In closing, yes, I also do agree that Nigel right now is in desperate of some coffee or any other beverage that can give him a caffeine fix. He most certainly looks like he’s been needing one for potentially years at this point.
