Tier Changes
Added text to T2 requests and above.
Removed Simple and Complex from requests. Quality will depend on how difficult it is to get a character working.
Specified what each tier gives.
I will no longer post on weekends.
Question about extras
Do you like them, are you glad that I include them, or do you want me to stop including them?

After the Bocchi set goes up next week I'll start adding text to requests. They'll be considered complex requests for now so I'll only make them for T2 and above. I'll also be spending more time on requests to hopefully iron out some of the bad artifacts. The Vivian set will be up this weekend.
