To join Discord go to Patreon profile settings > Apps > Connect Discord.
Make sure your Discord account is not restricted or that you haven't reached the 100-servers limit.

Some web browsers like "Floorp" have been reported as not working to connect Patreon with Discord (try a different one).
Patreon may take several minutes to complete the setup process, so please be patient and wait until it’s finished. Attempting to reconnect during this process may cause issues. If it takes longer than expected, please DM me.
Updates and new presets (free) are being published regularly in Discord #reshade`n`resources channel, that's why is important not to leave Discord (you won't be tagged/pinged).
