2025-01-24 03:55:57 +0000 UTCGUYS DOWNLOAD THE MOD, I did, i noticed different files. you have to do some work but i got the mod to have rain drops on the car and the screen,i combined it with extracting the quant v enbereis from the quantv oiv file and just took em from the content file dropped them intogta5 directory. good luck as long as you know how to work with the files you should be ok .
