For this render, I focused less on the lighting and, instead, paid more attention to how my model actually looked.
By default, the extreme angles the legs are bent in would result in a pretty awful looking shape around the butt area. So I actually sculpted the butt to make it look much more natural for this render.
Also, while working on this render, I noticed some issues with how the micro normals on the skin interact with the light, especially on the soles of the feet, which resulted in a lot of noise that couldn't be fixed by increasing the render samples. After spending some time testing things in the skin shader, I figured out a way to make the feet look much better. I intend to implement these changes in my next update for Makima as well as all my other models.
