Modding Tool - Sims 4 Auto Hash

To speed up my own process, I built a tool to help in creating unique hash IDs and applying them to files. I've gotten it to a clean enough point where I feel comfortable sharing it, so other modders can make use of it (though it does come with a few warnings as to usage and limitations).
