I'm glad you got your walking shoes, they will help. When you first start out you will experience some pain with your back, legs and ankles. That's to be expect, you'll gradually grow into it and not feel it as much. Eventually you will be able to go further and the weight ( Which I love ) will evaporate. Love you and Merry Christmas!!
