Little delay
Added 2023-11-10 18:37:15 +0000 UTCI will have a chapter today, but my kiddo is home sick, so I won't be releasing TBK on RoyalRoad yet. I'm reading through the earlier chapters, and there are some inconsistencies with the later story (not surprisingly). I totally forgot I gave Lianhua healing magic in the beginning!
Anyway, I was going to write a quick(ish) chapter today, and then work on editing, but I need to take care of the munchkin instead, so I won't have enough chapters ready to go. I plan to do five chapters the first day, then four the next day, and then three every day until RR is 20 behind Patreon. I'll also update the chapters here, but I won't spam you with change notices. Just know that once the story starts going up on RR, edits will be live if you want to go back and reread the earlier chapters. (Spoiler: Lianhua isn't a healer any more.)
Next weekend, I have my last con of the year (Meepleathon), so it's unlikely I'll do my release then, either, but we'll see how it goes. I'm going to try to write a chapter this weekend so I don't miss a day on Friday, since the con starts then.
Wish me luck, and fingers crossed I don't get sick right before the con!
