I wanted to try out something a little different. So I mixed my "ink style" with some acrylic paint and coloured pencils. These two were fun to make. I created them on the same paper I use for my ink drawings because it holds wet media quite well. But it's not perfect for doing all the cool watercoloury things that you can do with thin acrylic washes. So I ordered some hot-pressed paper and I will be experimenting with it once it arrives. I'm ready for more colours!!
Both original artworks measure 210 x 297 mm / 8.3 x 11.7 in and are up in my store for $160 each.
I'll be doing some more ink drawings in the next few days and then I'll get started on the Three of Wands. I've been looking forward to that one for a while.
