I had this draft since forever so I decided to finally clean it a bit. It is connected to the fever episode and in particular with all that monologue that Katsuki has about his relationship with Deku, so I could only imagine it being his final gay awakening.
Sequel of this and this, while they share the bed and Katsuki can't properly sleep anymore but also doesn't have it in him to move away. Deku thinks it is just his fever and offers him a bit of comfort. Kacchan's heart beats so fast but they end up falling asleep in each others arms in no time.
