December shipped / Feb Reveal

Hello everyone,

We got all the components for December’s pin packages and shipped them out yesterday. They have now been picked up by the post office.

The system Patreon uses now for member management still serves to be perplexing. Please check your packages when you receive them and let us know if you received an incorrect tier (if you changed tiers - if you didn’t, you shouldn’t encounter any problems).

Canadian customers who were expecting a November or December package should have their tracking numbers now that the strike is over.

If you didn’t receive tracking for December and are expecting a package:

• If you cancelled your subscription or moved to a Free tier, Patreon does not allow us to see your shipping address. Please reach out to orders@fursonapins.com with your Patreon username and your name and address to receive your package.

• Have you confirmed you have an address listed on your account? Double check you have one added by following these instructions: https://support.patreon.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002832686-How-do-I-update-my-shipping-address

• Sometimes members have “opt out of physical rewards” selected, which you need to disable (and share your address with a Patreon creator) through your subscription settings.

• If you have checked each of these potential issues and something different applies to you, please email us. Please note Fursona Pins cannot assist with problems with billing, logging into your Patreon account, or adding your address to your account. This is something a customer needs to email Patreon Support for if they need assistance, as we have no control over the Patreon billing system or customer Patreon accounts.

The Patreon membership tab is still kind of a hot mess so we appreciate your patience in ensuring each of you get your correct packages. Fortunately, most of them are pretty straight forward, but one thing does seem consistent in that problems arise with tier changes.
