November tracking sent out

Hello everyone,

Tracking for November packages has been sent out. If you paid a Patreon bill in November and didn’t receive one, please send us an email at orders@fursonapins.com and we can look into it for you.

The new billing system seems to be causing issues with many subscription package creators, so thank you for your patience as we try to adapt to the changes. We tried something new for November so hopefully there are less issues this month compared to last month.

Some observations we have made:

• If you downgrade to a free tier or cancel your subscription, Patreon removes your shipment information and we cannot see it anymore. If you need to do this, we suggest that you also reach out with your Patreon username, receipt, and name and address through email.

• Because Patreon is charging all throughout the month for subscriptions we cannot start shipping until after the month is over as it runs the risk of missing people who pay at the last few days of the month.

• This seems to line up with the current manufacturing schedule as we have been receiving the pins around the 10th - 15th. So until further notice, tracking numbers for shipments should be expected around that time in the month after payment. So this means for December, at the very least we need to wait until Dec 31 to download all the payment information, and we will likely get the pins around Jan 10-15.

• We post these notices when the tracking numbers go out and the packages are ready to be picked up by the post office, so if you check your email for our updates you’ll definitely know when they go out.

We are hoping that Patreon finds a solution for the problems we and other subscription creators have been experiencing with the member filtering and CSV downloads. Until then, we will continue to do our best to get all the packages to their expectant owners.
