October shipped - check tracking numbers

Hello everyone,

So October Pin Club has been shipped and picked up by the post office. However, we have noticed that Patreon’s shift to a new payment system has really messed with the CSV spreadsheets we use to ship packages, so we need everyone’s help during this transitional period to ensure everything goes right.

1. If you received a tracking number - great! You are all set to recieve your October package. When you receive your package, double check that it matches the tier you signed up for that month (especially if you changed tiers between October and November). If there is any discrepancy, let us know through email and we will fix any problems.

2. If you haven’t gotten a tracking number yet, first be sure you are checking the email you signed up for with Patreon. Then, if you still don’t see a tracking number email, send us an email at orders@fursonapins.com and include your Patreon username and Patreon email, and we will look into your situation.

2a. The new membership search tools seem to omit members who canceled their subscriptions after October or who changed to a “free” tier, so if that applies to you definitely reach out so we can be sure you get your package.

The new payment processing method is going to charge new members based on the day they sign up, so it shouldn’t affect existing members who are billed on the 1st. But given it is a big change, and the membership tools have changed too, we’ll definitely need everyone to keep an eye out for the monthly tracking emails until everything settles with the new system.

We will make an update when packages are shipped for the month moving forward to inform you when to check for tracking numbers. Hopefully that should minimize any issues, and we can catch problems right away!
