New / Altered Tiers

Satisfied with the changes to the 3 pin teir, although I do understand being unhappy about having 3 Sona pins bumped down to 2+exclusive. Perhaps a 3+ exclusive and just 3 with no exclusive teirs should be added

Well it might not technically be taking anything away but now we have to chose between three of the monthly pin or getting the exclusive and 2 monthly pins. Honestly I would have been happier to have you tack on an extra few dollars so I could get the three month pins I was intending and the exclusive.

Yeah echoing others, but I’m not real happy that there’s been so much changes going on before the first month can even process and ship. Made the upgrade for now, since I don’t even know what pins we’re getting besides Majira, kinda hard to make the choice blind.

Hi, just to clarify, you can select either three copies of the character of the month (which is what it originally was) or two copies of the character of the month and one exclusive pin for the $25 US tier. Nothing is being taken away from you, you're only being given more options!

The fact that we didnt have any notice, and it was changed without any time to move things around before being billed is whats bothering me immensely. I am part of the 25 dollar tier, so the fact that the 10 dollar tier remained the same doesn't matter for me. If I had not of signed on to update my own patreon, I would have never noticed. At least a weeks notice before changing a tier like that would be nice. Especially when its not near billing periods.

Character of the Month is where the patrons vote one of the commissioners as the character pin received for that month. For the second tier, one is US shipping ($15) and one is international shipping ($25).

yeah i went back and it's there now, i've updated my pledge, mabie it just hadn't updated when i went the first time or something.

I am a little confused, what is character of the month? And for the second tier, what are the differences between $15 and 25$? Sorry for the confusion ^^

It appears to be published so it should be available! If it's giving you trouble, selecting the other $25 tier and messaging us for international shipping works too.

Switched to the $15 tier, not an intended decision but I'm still capable to accommodate for it. Hopefully made it before the my first billing.

i can't see the international double pin of the month option in the selection screen, should i choose the option for the US super pin of the month (same as the double POTM international, $25) before it gets billed or are you still adding them

The $10 tier is still the same! If you'd like three characters for the $25 tier instead of two characters an exclusive, that is doable also. We want to give everyone choices so everyone can be happy.

??? Why would you change a few hours before people get charged. That makes no sense, especially since it doesn't align with what the original tiers guaranteed..

Well I have to say making a change like this the night before everything goes live seems a bit worrisome. A major change was just implemented with out much heads up. Were the results of the poll earlier what cause this? Cause that wasn't made very clear if it was. The whole reason I signed up for the tier I did was so I could get the three of the Sona pins of the month I like the idea of having two back ups for trades or gifts. Would there be a way of adding on and extra pin or two ?

Majira is included with all packages because he's a company sponsored pin. :) The sponsored pins are paid for by companies and aren't related to the voted POTM.

Normally I would be just fine contributing a bit more to help you guys out but what I have a problem with is that you previously sent out an email saying those signed up for POTM would also recieve Majira in June. Now this seems to no longer be the case. You need to pay $15 to recieve both. Im fine paying that now but its a little irking to be told one thing and then thrown another thing.

If you are the $10 tier, you can message us if you want the Character of the Month. That was our original plan, to offer one of the fursonas that was commissioned during the month.

I have to say I am also a little bit peeved at this. I now have to pay more in order to get what I originally signed up for? Is the Character of the month also a pin? This is worded somewhat confusingly.

I suppose if you really only want the character pin and not the exclusive pin, you could send us a message and we'll send that pin instead of an exclusive pin. Does that help?

^This. Since I was all about the collecting characters - I truthfully feel a little jerked around having to pay $15 for what I originally came for (although I'm going to do it anyway if I gotta). I think the exclusive pins are a really cool idea, but it feels like overnight this whole Patreon turned from focusing on "our sonas" to just an exclusive furry pin club. To get other people's characters now, people are going to have to pledge more, or somehow arrange private mailed trades instead of being guaranteed a character pin a month. I promise I'm not trying to be complainy, but just wanted you guys to know where I was coming from. I wish you the best of luck no matter what you do, but gotta admit I was psyched for the "Gotta Catch Em All" theme~
