S12E8 preview thoughts Huge spoilers

So after a really strong segment with 7b, we're back to regular annoying programming with episode 8. A Digi and Tal segment and a Humdinger segment, ugh. And of course no guest pups, nothing to make the segments stand out, nothing but lowest-hanging fruit brainlessness.

Tal makes Digi think he's a chicken and he goes running off with Mr. Park on his back. As tedious and brainless as it sounds. At least Chase being chicken-like was entertaining.

Then in a sliiiightly more interesting turn of events, the pups are called to Yellowbone. So at least there isn't a total divide between the boy pups and Aspen's world. Of course, it's for the most brainless reason - Humdinger is in manbaby mode and causing havoc in the nature reserve because he's a terrible, selfish person. I really hope he's a bit more than this in Movie 3, or at least is not that important to the plot.

Two pretty crappy segments but at least there's a tiny novelty in the second segment. I really wish Digi and Tal hadn't been introduced, though. They're rapidly becoming a jump-the-shark marker.
