Eating enough if your “6’1 128lbs” you need atleast 4000 calories a day bruh. Or 3500. You must do this while working out to maximize Gainz fast bro. Now remember there isn’t a FAST way you must be very patient and take time. Foods like ramen noodles and tuna and chicken breast helps. 100-200 push ups sit dips dips and pull ups a day bro. Not at one sitting but throughout the day and including your workout. That’s how you gain weight bro. It’s easy asf.
