This is just a quick edit I wanted to show for Ep.13, since you haven't gotten to see much of the episode so far. (It's mostly still in the audio/video placement phase with cool edits to show coming much later.)
For this part of the script, we had Treize walking into the room, which shouldn't be a problem. Except... he doesn't walk into the room. In the show, this scene begins with him already standing there, and I wanted to fix that.
The edit starts by removing Treize entirely and filling out the wall behind him. Then, simply move the new Treize render in a sorta-kinda walking animation behind the top layer, which is Dermail's desk. Only problem: that small exposure on the left side. I could just zoom the entire frame a tad so you don't see that and save myself some trouble, but why do that when I can make it harder on myself?
So that you see him walking in on that left side, I actually filled out Treize's bottom half-- poorly. It's so quick and so narrow that it really doesn't matter, but when you see what I made by itself, it looks horrible, right? A lot of my edits are like that: clean on what you see, but really dumb-looking when you pull back the curtain.
