Because of many reasons, main character is seeking validation from other people, most characters are worth nothing unless they're Naruto or Sasuke, a lot of plot holes and devices involving Sharingans... SPOILERS for people who didn't finish shippuden: Seems the author can't decide which villain to use(imo Obito should've been the main and last villain), Naruto's strength being completely defined by Kuramas powers which makes his ninja skills basically non existent, we don't even see Naruto actually try to become hokage, Naruto is no different from sakura when it comes to Sasuke, also naruto as kid had not 1, not 2 but 3 best friends who are shikamaru, Choji and Kiba. Naruto trying to "save" Sasuke should've stopped after the 2nd time and by that I mean the 2nd arc of shippuden, also Sasuke got off easy at the end of the story I did like 1 portion, which is from Sasuke "killing" orochimaru and forming Hebi, up until Pain's defeat. Along with the entirety of the first series, these are my favorite Naruto parts
