This week I wanted to post an update to the train pic, and some quick stone ocean redraws!!
For the train pic, I think this is the longest Iβve taken to finish a pic...usually if Iβm that into something Iβm drawing itβll only take a day or two to finish but this one is closing in on a week!! Granted, Iβve been working on it between commissions so slow progress is to be expected;; It also doesnβt help that ive been kind of looser with my art lately. Usually I try to make sketches as clean as possible before jumping into the final to save me headaches but recently Iβve just been diving head in. Dunno if thatβs a good thing or a bad thing tho LOL.
As for the Jolyneβs, Iβve always wanted to redraw those two pics because I thought itβd be lots of fun!! And it is!! Arakiβs palettes are always so interesting, itβs been a welcome challenge playing around with them while also trying to keep them similar. Plus it feels good to not worry so much about composition when someone else has done it for you ππ¦
