Jimmy is taking control of the situation.
These animations are quite funny to make. It's easy for a movement to end up looking odd. I think it's because it can't be too exaggerated but also not too slow. This forces me to search for references... study movements... yes, we're still talking about work. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

It seems so, it will take a little longer than the first part because there's a lot of animation involved. I'm still hesitant to set a date, but I can say that I'm solely focused on this at the moment to avoid getting distracted by other projects.
