New ROM & Billing paused

I paused billing again this month, considering my progress on LIZARDPAINT.
But you will find an updated ROM enclosed anyways. Quite a few bug fixes, and finally a decent 3/6 buttons gamepad support.

I still find it very amusing! He is compiling quite a lot of information regarding the scene, while trying to make it interactive. He also started to display art made using LIZARDPAINT (among other tools)! So feel free to reach out to him if you would like to be featured in his virtual Art gallery!
