Updated ROM (full demo scope covered)

I made numerous changes lately, which you may notice or not.
- All screens have been implemented (including thanks at startup)
- Random voices have been implemented (characters talk according to text displayed)
- Complete side quest implemented (to unlock hidden game)
- Several sprites reworked
- BIG bugfix (which no one noticed because it occurs after playing several levels)
You may give it a try already, or wait for the more polished version to come.
What's left before I can release the official demo:
- music for mini game and hidden mini game + SFX tweaking
- finish title screen (right now the tower is an old incomplete version, and I need to add sparkles at random position on the logo)
