Apologies for todays radio silence….on the plus side our latest episode is SMASHING IT!
Which is epic but comes with lots of extra work, school term started today too and we are also GUNNING to get the next episode out to you guys early doors again….thanks for everything we couldn’t do it without you!! 🦋❤️🫶🏼
Meanwhile…we have ‘come down’ from our recent storm challenge which involved Ross ordering Laura to up-anchor at 8am in her pyjamas before she’d even had a coffee or taken her ear buds out! At this point the wind was at 40kts but soon accelerated up to 60-70 at its peak!
This one was potentially our scariest TO DATE as the captain struggled to get our bow around once the anchor was raised…. we got next to nothing on camera other than this bit of footage before it got crazy! So it MUST have been serious 😂….
We’re all good now and you’d never know the hell that passed through this spot now….and in hindsight we have since learned exactly where NOT to go in high winds 😂 😮💨🙏
