There’s only one thing we’re not back at yet….SAILING!
Playing catch up is the focus and the fisherman’s port of Kyllini is an EPIC place to do it!
Sleepy vibes, friendly locals, a disused railway to explore (complete with original 1920’s street lamps & old sleepers), a beautiful white sand beach, castle ruins, fishing galore, a bustling play park at night, plenty of provisioning spots & very little ‘yacht traffic’ means we have plenty to play with and not many distractions (specifically meaning other sailors with beer).
Kyllini is also the main Ferry port to the mainland from most Ionian islands which means when we fire Holly up there’s plenty of spots close by & not far to sail before we can live anchor life again!
Just got to hang here until Laura gets the all-clear from Patras hospital soon….
