NEW TIER - Starburst Tier

Hey there! I've decided to expand my membership by adding a $25 tier, the Starburst tier. I previously ran a poll on Xitter outlining my general ideas for this tier along with a higher one at $50 (which I am still working on, may implement that later this year or next year!).

The Starburst tier is mainly for those who would wish to support me at a higher level. Your benefits remain mostly the same from Cosmonaut to Starburst, and Starburst members will still receive the same commission discounts that Cosmonauts do. However, my thanks to Starburst members is...

• A monthly raffle held only for current members.
  - As of right now, I am doing this through google forms, and forms should be filled before the 5th of September to be eligible for September's raffle.
  - This is a guaranteed reward for at least one member per month.

• Freebie art requests
  - While these are not guaranteed, I plan to become much more active in doing small freebie rewards for my members.
  - I am also doing a form system with this, but there is no deadline to submit a form for the month. These are also able to be submitted multiple times.
  - These can end up being warmups, doodles, wind-down art, something for when I have time to kill, etc.

I'm expecting to do quite a bit of traditional art as well since I've got lots of new supplies and media to break in. If I do any traditional art, I am happy to ship it for the cost of shipping price.

Thank you guys for sticking around with me and my patreon this year! It's been a lot of learning for me, but I'm excited to see what comes of this in the future. Freelance is so hard, and I appreciate all of the support I've received from you all here.
