Head down, oblivious, plodding along at a snail's pace when cars are waiting to turn, trusting the diligence of others with their safety, or even their lives. UNBELIEVABLY stupid and dangerous.

Poor lady, she'll be worse off than she knows, and she'll have to "try harder" not to get hit next time, one she's out of physio & rehab. Take both of their phones away. In Ontario the phone focus moved from observing the phone use, to observing distracted driving. So if your driving looks off the officer doesn't deal with the phone. They ticket you based on driving behaviour. Bad Boy, Bad Boy..... Watcha Gonna do! Cheers Mate Jerry
