2024-04-07 04:01:02 +0000 UTCI will admit i was kind of amused by the 'register with the police with the serial number sticker' & i was like hmmm .. the sticker .. that any thief could probably rip or tear off ect.. although i guess maybe Japanese folks who might steal a bike probably wouldn't bother or think of doing that. XD
