2024-09-08 18:57:11 +0000 UTCHey Eric, yes, exactly correct. I pick my strikes carefully after looking at resistance levels, price targets + delta. I personally wouldn't sell naked options. That can be very risky.

I know many do covered calls on stocks they think may have peaked, but Tesla has bullish catalyst coming in the near term. Is the thought that the strike is so far out of the money that you’ll be likely to cash out profitable early? Also, would you ever consider selling low risk naked calls or puts that are way out of the money ?
