i would like to request a build suv including a engine for it, the vehicle will be used for military purpose so if something seems wrong from your point of wiew tell me but after the engine and car has been tested in beam.ng.drive, now to start with the car, some specifications that needs to be applied to the car model year 2018 and look like a hummer h1 model if you can find a mod of the version: 1st: monoqouce chassi, 2nd: panels corrosion resisting steel and chassi made of normal or light ahs steel, 3rd: double wishbone suspension front and back, 4th: engine placement longitudinal. now for the engine itself: 1st: a 90 degree v8 in aluminium or magnesium ( depending on the total weight in the end, can`t pass 250 kilogram of total engine weight ), 2nd: 7.4 liter capacity with more stroke than bore, 3rd: single or dual overhead camshaft(s) 4 valve system, 4th: aluminium head with vvl, 5th: billet steel crank, 6th: heavy duty forged or lightweight titanium conrods, 7th: forged pistons, not the light weight ones! + best quality internals, 8th: 8.0:1 in maximum compression, "special requirement" needs a turbo with a big compressor turbine and very small exhaust turbine with at least 25 psi of boost and a low spooling time ( can be adjusted with ar - ratio) including intercooler that supports at least 1000 hp even if we only will try to reach 600 hp at a max, but a hell of a lot more torque lucky if reaching More then 1100 nm of torque, 9th: 80 on normal cam lobes, and 40-50 on the vvl lobbes in the camshafts, 10th: vvt of course, 11th: injection: fuel system with direct injection, 12th: configuration: double inlets for the air, 13th: performance air intake, 14th: premium fuel ( need fuel that is aviable on 80% of the european market, including USA ), 15th: for low end fuel countries, a version of the engine that uses 80 ron can be added, 16th: fuel mixture around 12.0 is efficient enough, 17th: ignition timing will be set for a engine with maximum rew limit of 4000 rpm, 18th: long tubular headers with dual exhaust pipes in 3 to 4 inch diameter maximum exiting pipes front of the rear wheels out the sides, 19th: high flow catalytic converter, first muffler reverse flow, secondary muffler straight through including bypass valve. now for the gearbox and diff system: 1st: AWD is essential for a military vehicle with a advanced 6 speed automatic gearbox with a top speed of only 80 mph or 120 km/h, ( note. these are not race cars but heavy duty transport vehicles for the military and beacuse diesel engines are not incorporated in to the game a similar sized gasoline engine will have to take its place for now ), 2nd: manual locking differentials front and rear, 3rd: 50/50 power distribution, 4th: tyre type, best type suited for offroad vehicles, chunky offroad tires, 5th: maximum wide front and rear tires for maximum traction, 6th: rim diameter is 16 inch and with biggest tire diameter as possible, 7th: steel rims with a flat rim side for protection against IED fragments and such from damaging internal braking systems behind the wheel, and beacuse cost and easy manufacturing around the world, 8th: vented disc`s front and rear with 4 piston system front and rear, 9th: 300mm (disc`s) at least in size but no more then 350 mm in size, pad type 70 for long lasting brake pads, 10th: 60/40 in brake bias. now for the engine and chassi protection: 1st: offroad skidtray of course, 2nd: 80 cooling airflow and 80-100 for the engine airflow. now for the entertainment and security inside this 4 man vehicle including a big boot space, choose the Entertainment that includes a satnav beacuse military guys uses gps for communication with home base and for coordinating troops and their movement, as for seats go with premium, 2 seats in front and 2 seats in the back like the original hummer h1 alpha model that was sold until 2006, for power stering use normal hydraulic power steering, ESC + LC for traction aids and the most advanced safety equipment with a +15 quality on that. now for suspension setup: progressive springs with adaptive dampers just like on the real h1 alpha, sway bars offroad or none at all, now for suspension tuning: camber 0,4 negative in front and zero on the rear axle, springs 8,4 front and back, dampers the same as last 8.4, and soft sway bars if used, maximum ride higt required, 10+ quality on these parts, ( if i am not specifying any number on quality or tech use your own prefered numbers ), if the requariments of 600 hp and 1100 nm of torque makes you reach yellow stage of how long the engine will last that is okay by the military, then test this beast on a beam.ng.drive site that has a lot of space and is very god for rock climbing and heavy offroad driving. god luck MR Bshar Nasri i am hoping to see the result in a coming video, mwh Charlie andersson. god luck!
