Anakin is a jedi knight during the clone wars. Not a jedi master. That means he passed his trials to become a jedi knight, but the call master skywalker is just a result of easier communication, mostly from ahsoka, because well anakin is her "master". And i guess no one told you, that the release order of the episodes are not in chronological order, especially at the beginning.

There you can find the chronological order. It starts with two episodes and than the clone wars movie, in which you meet ahoska for the first time. After you're at season 4, the epsiodes will be in chronological order going forward. Most of the episodes are their own arc. And then there a standalone epsiodes. So ambush and rising malevolence would be "episode" 5 and 6 in the chronological order. Ambush was a standalone and rising malevolence is the start of an arc.
