TJC, you can just do what I did and visit the US and get your vaccines there. Most states don't even ask for proof of residence. You just show up and get a shot, three weeks later you get another. Never even checked where I was from. They have so many of them they just give them out to anyone who comes by. Ohio is a good state for that.
