I saw Sian’s show partly because I always love Sian’s ‘straight’ (alternative) standup and in part because I was curious about what pole dancing and stand up comedy look like when combined and was so pleased that I did. We had a fascinating chat about pole dancing, the arts, the definitions of work and the ways that value shifts among those things.
